Students will be able to change their schedules from towards the end of first trimester. Students are highly encouraged to make their own class changes. If you have a question, please stop by and see your counselor or email your counselor. There is a $10 fee if you have a counselor make a schedule change.
Do not try to change your classes on Class Choice - we are no longer using it. Log into Aspire to make these changes. Any changes made by a counselor will cost $10, so try to do it yourself first! WARNING: The process of finding and changing a class can be very time-consuming, but it is your job to make the changes.
Be aware that classes are extremely full and it might not be possible to move or change any classes. If you can't make a change, then the counselors will probably not be able to make the change either. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOURSELF OUT OF A CLASS YOU NEED FOR GRADUATION OR A COUNSELOR WILL PUT YOU BACK INTO THE CLASS.

- It is the student's responsibility to make his/her own schedule changes through ASPIRE.
- If a student requires counselor assistance for a schedule change they must prepay a $10 fee and present the receipt to counselors BEFORE the change is made - this applies to all schedule changes made at any time.
- If you are missing a class, fill it or we will fill it for you.
- All class changes made after the start of the trimester require counselor and administrative approval.
- If a student drops a class after 10 days into the trimester, they will be issued a 0.25 "F" grade that will be posted to their permanent transcript.
- NO class changes will be made for teacher preference, lunch changes, or being with a friend.
- If a class is full, upperclassmen take precedence.
- If a student has failed a class and there is not room to retake the class, they will be referred to night school.
- Partial schedules requests for seniors will only be considered if the student is on-line for graduation and is registered for required classes (no night school or outside credits pending).
- Students with IEP's will need to contact their case manager for any changes to schedules.
